The music of The Beatles lives on, and will be introduced to a whole new generation thanks to “Beat Bugs”, an upcoming Netflix series for kids that incorporates more than 50 beloved tunes from the Fab Four.
The animated series follows the musical adventures five best friends as they discover life’s most important lessons in an overgrown backyard, which to them is their entire universe.

The music of the Beatles forms the framework for this inventive and educational series, with the classic tracks covered by such artists as Pink, James Corden, Robbie Williams, Eddie Vedder, Frances, The Shins, The Lumineers, Sia and even James Corden, Rod Stewart, Jennifer Hudson, James Bay, Chris Cornell and more.
“Beat Bugs” will become available to stream on Netflix starting Aug. 3, while the soundtrack will be available worldwide exclusively on iTunes the same day.
