Reunion Pictures’ Continuum will kick off its fourth and final, six-episode season on Friday, Sept. 11 at 11/10c on SyFy in America, following the Canadian premiere on Sept. 4th at 9 ET/PT on Showcase.
The Canadian original action-drama, created by Simon Barry, is filmed in Vancouver and tells the story of Detective Kiera Cameron (Rachel Nichols, Star Trek) from 2077 who travels back in time to 2012 to track down escaped convicts from her future.
In the series’ farewell run, Kiera and the mysterious time traveler Brad Tonkin (Ryan Robbins, Falling Skies) must battle the Future Soldiers who arrived in a flash of light in the closing moments of Season 3. Meanwhile, Kiera’s alliance with the remaining members of Liber8 challenges her relationship with both Carlos (Victor Webster, Castle) and Alec (Erik Knudsen, Degrassi: Next Generation).
