Nominees for the 35th annual Banff World Media Festival Rockie Awards were announced today, and Thunderbird is excited to announce that Reunion’s Continuum has been nominated for “Best Science Fiction and Action Series.” The awards honour excellence in television and media content from around the globe. Winners in each category will be announced during an awards ceremony at the festival, which takes place June 7-10, 2015 in the resort mountain town of Banff, Alberta.

Continuum, the Canadian original action-drama that is filmed in Vancouver tells the story of Detective Kiera Cameron (Rachel Nichols, Star Trek) from 2077 who travels back in time to 2012 to track down escaped convicts from her future. Continuum returns for its fourth and final season July 26th on Showcase.
