Pamela Anderson — actor, animal rights activist and blond bombshell — will appear in three episodes of Citytv’s new comedy Package Deal.

The series, currently in production, follows three overly close brothers and the woman who comes between them, Kim (Julia Voth).

Anderson will play the part of an off-beat therapist to older brother Ryan (Jay Malone). Her up-close-and-personal approach creates “unexpected results.”

“We’re thrilled to welcome Pamela Anderson back to the small screen,” said Claire Freeland, director of original programming for Rogers Media, in a news release. “Pamela’s iconic star status and vibrant personality is an ideal addition to our cast.”

Created by Emmy-nominated producer Andrew Orenstein (Malcolm in the Middle), Package Deal is produced by Thunderbird Films.

Canadian comedian Eugene Levy (SCTV, Best in Show) will also guest star in the series set to debut in 2013.
