Never Steady, Never Still is Kathleen Hepburn’s first feature length drama starring Shirley Henderson (Trainspotting, South Cliffe) and Théodore Pellerin (Endorphine, Les Demons). The film celebrates the quiet strength of the human spirit, dealing with issues of loss, masculinity, and love through the lives of an eighteen-year-old oil field worker, and his mother, who has been living with Parkinson’s disease for over seventeen years.
Since it’s world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, the film has been selected to screen at festivals around the world, has received numerous awards and accolades and was recently nominated for 8 Canadian Screen Awards including Best Motion Picture.
