Steve McQueen Documentary Acquired for Broadcast by The Movie Network and Movie Central

Vancouver, British Columbia / ACCESSWIRE / August 1, 2014 / Network Media Group Inc. (TSX-V: NTE) (the “Company”), is pleased to announce that its documentary film I Am Steve McQueen, has been acquired for broadcast by Bell Media’s The Movie Network and Corus Entertainment’s Movie Central. The documentary will have its broadcast premiere in fall 2014. Produced in association with Steve McQueen’s son Chad McQueen and McQueen Racing LLC, the 90-minute special is the latest installment in Network’s “I Am” series of high profile legacy documentaries on the lives of the world’s greatest icons, following their recent award winning films on Muhammad Ali and Bruce Lee. I Am Steve McQueen pays homage to one of Hollywood’s biggest movie stars through the eyes of the people who knew him best, including his family, friends and collaborators, as well as contemporary stars who were inspired by the “King of Cool”, including Gary Oldman, Pierce Brosnan, Marisa Miller, and Randy Couture, and is narrated by Robert Downey Jr.
